Looking to get a quote to have a technician come out and inspect the air flow. We recently bought a house and the air flow feels very weak

I need annual service and the air conditioning is blowing air but not cooling. Has been running for 3 days straight.

I recently had EPB do an Energy PRO Inspection of my home located at 2326 Large Oak Drive, Ooltewah, TN and I found your company was listed on their contractor list for performing their recommended services to be eligible for their rebate program.

They provided two (2) areas to focus on improvements, that appear to be services that you offer:
1. Duct Sealing – Their inspector reviewed both my crawl space and attic ductwork but was unable to confirm whether the branch ducts were properly sealed coming off the main duct lines. I need to get a more complete review, an estimate to complete the ductwork sealing if found necessary, and arrangements to get the needed process completed.
2. HVAC Annual Service – It was their recommendation to have normal cleaning and maintenance completed on both of our HVAC systems. Our systems are both Frigidaire brand, that were installed by Mitchell Air Systems when our home was built in 2020. The original installation company also performed annual maintenance services in both 2022 and 2023 without any major issues being found. They are NOT on the EPB Contractor List, so I am looking for a source that would be eligible for rebates.
If these are services that you offer, and are available for scheduling, please provide a cost and timing estimate for completion of these services by replying to this email with pertinent details. I can provide a copy of the EPB Inspection Report if requested.

Goodman furnace not working flashing 3 times

I found you from the "HVAC INSTALLERS Who Respect Design Calculations" spreadsheet from the Home Performance video of the HVAC Training Symposium. I live outside Greeneville TN and that is a bit far for you. I want to completely replace my HVAC.

My heat pump compressor is making noises and there is a slight smell at times. I need to have it looked at hopefully Thursday or Friday. Thanks!

Over the weekend, we noticed a burning smell coming from our clothes dryer (which is quite old). As a result, we decided to purchase a new one. While waiting for the new dryer to arrive, we thought it would be a good idea to clean the exhaust. However, we couldn’t locate where it exits to the outside. A friend came over to help, and we followed the vent line from the dryer through the crawl space to the wall where it should vent outside. Unfortunately, it appears that the vent has been blocked or covered by bricks or blocks on the exterior.

We’re concerned that our dryer may not have a proper vent to the outside. Is this something you could help us address? Additionally, my wife is interested in having our heating and air ducts cleaned. Would that also be a service you provide?

Tried to put a Google Nest thermostat in for my wife for Christmas, followed instructions to a tee and couldn't get it to work.

Put the old thermostat on just like it was wired up before and it's not working either.
